Compliance Assistant Manager ( Cantonese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing and executing the KYC, due diligence and client on boarding process in order to meet with regulatory requirements in timely manner for Asia region.

  • To facilitate regular client review process to ensure timely completion

  • Responsible for stakeholder and internal client relationship management, understanding dynamic changes in commercial demands of the business in order to strike a balance.

  • Update and maintain all relevant client information/files into the system in timely and accuracy manner

  • Required to stay up to date with the latest regulatory, policy and procedural requirement

  • To maintain and submit accurate daily timesheets

  • Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned


Qualifications and other requirements

  • At least 6 years of solid compliance experience in financial services or corporate services firms

  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Senior Associate, Compliance

  • Degree holder in Law, Accounting, or related discipline
