Accounting Trainee / Assistant with Spanish

As a Trainee / Assistant, you will be working in our accounting team specialized in services for the Spanish-speaking customers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of all necessary documents and correspondence to the authorities, in accordance with regulations and Vistra's guidelines
  • Coordination of documents transmission to institutions, in accordance with regulations
  • Sorting and booking of documents, in accordance with supervisor's instructions
  • Assistance with preparation of financial statements and management reports
  • Assistance with preparation of monthly CIT and VAT returns, as well as other necessary information, in accordance with supervisor's instructions
  • Cooperation with other departments
  • Filling in timesheets and work time evidence
  • Administrative tasks (e.g. scanning, copying, etc.)
  • Ad-hoc projects as required and requested by the superior

Qualifications and other requirements

  • preferably: student of Accounting or Finance (3-5th year)
  • Available for at least 20 hours per week or full time
  • English on at least B1 level
  • Spanish on at least B1 level
  • Polish on at least B2 level
  • Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and tax legislation will be a merit
  • Analytical skills, teamwork skills, time management skills
