Senior Marketing Officer


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of the annual marketing strategy and activity plan for the global division
  • To build effective partnerships with the business to maximize collaboration and support the growth and development of the division via its marketing strategy
  • Support and execute marketing campaigns and work closely with the Communications team for preparation of PR launch toolkits
  • Create marketing collateral, managing design, print and production
  • Coordinate event logistics for sponsorships, meetings, speaking engagements, seminars/conferences, tradeshows, webinars and other off-site activities
  • Develop an understanding of the business and strategic objectives for the division
  • Develop a high-level understanding of the key products and services provided by the division
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the Industry business landscapes including sector insights, regulatory changes and emerging trends
  • Support the maintenance of the division community intranet site including the update and maintenance of the RFP toolkit and library
  • Act as an initial point of contact for division marketing and design queries from internal and external contacts
  • Produce suitable, accurate and well-presented PowerPoint, Excel and Word documents where required
  • Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned


Qualifications and other requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in marketing or event management
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration
  • Creative and pro-active
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people of all personality types
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Problem-solving approach and an ability to prioritize and manage competing deadline
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Chinese word processing skills would be beneficial
  • Experience in using AI and emailing tools Concept will be an advantages
  • Fluent in written and oral English and a good command of Chinese would be beneficial
