This role will be based in the fund services department of our Toronto office and the successful candidate will report to a Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all client files and records
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Billing and settlements (Preparation of payment requests form/staff claims, Liaise with finance on invoicing (credit note register, invoices, settlements etc.)
  • Pick up mails, supplies and documents delivered
  • Maintain business premise and arrange for maintenance and repair of office equipment and copier
  • Assist with travel booking and meal appointment when necessary
  • Assist with reimbursement for business purpose when necessary
  • Provide administrative support to the team as and when required 

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Detail oriented able to work with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment
  • Team player with good attitude and approachable personality
  • Able to multitask and is meticulous
  • Inquisitive and self-motivated
  • Possess at least 1 to 2 years of office/clerical experience
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Packages including Power point, Excel and Word
