Vistra is recruiting an energetic HR Administrator to take on a central role within our dynamic global organization. In this position you are responsible for managing the delivery of a range of local HR services for the Dutch office such as onboarding, contractual changes, salary changes, leaver processes, transferring data in the HR system and coordinate all local activities regarding implementing a new HR system and provide support on the training and development process.

The HR Administrator is required to ensure that the HR administration and the HR processes are conducted efficient, consistent and to a high quality standard, to ensure we deliver a high quality service to the business. 

You will be part of a great HR team (HR Manager, HR Officer, Learning & Development Advisors and a Corporate Recruiters). The position is available for 32 - 40 hours and is based in our Amsterdam office.

Key Responsibilities

Contributes to a positive employee experience in all HR related activities by coordinating, drafting and processing all types of documents and letters                      regarding new joiners, changes during employment and leavers;

Manages the personnel information system(s) (NMBR’s and People HR) correctly and in an efficient way, optimizes the use of personnel information

Ensures all given mutations will be accurately and timely delivered as input for the monthly payroll process;

Acts as knowledgeable contact person towards all related external parties such as payroll provider, tax office, UWV, Health insurance, Pension provider and            our insurance company. And make sure that there is an correct and efficient and administration process towards them; 

Knows the specifications and the quality of all HR and related business processes and provides support and guidance to Managers and Employees;

Timely and properly filing in the personnel files (digital and hard copy);

Assists with recruitment, onboarding of new employees.

Qualifications and other requirements

At least 5 years' experience in an International HR back office environment;

Completed bachelor (MBO or HBO) degree e.g. HR or equivalent;

Knowledge of Dutch social tax system and labor law;

System orientated with good understanding of HR problematics 

Experience with other HR systems (SAP HR) and/or Reporting systems is a pre 

Accustomed to working with deadlines;

Accurate and good analytical Skills;

Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken);

Excellent knowledge and affinity with MS Office, especially Excel;

Interested and able to deal with different cultures, adaptability and flexibility.
