Client Accounting Manager (6 months contract)

Division   Corporate & Private Clients – Asia & ME

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for portfolio management including meeting filing deadlines
• Guide staff members in the preparation of full set of accounts which includes payroll
• Review unaudited financial statements and XBRL
• Assist in handling treasury and banking functions such as inward and outward remittances and routine operations for portfolio of clients
• Ensure all staff has 85% chargeability and 100% time recording
• Responsible for portfolio billings and collections
• Creating and maintaining records in ViewPoint system or its equivalent
• Liaise with finance department in booking of business revenue

Qualifications and other requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent qualifications
• Comprehensive knowledge on application of international accounting standards
• Independent, self-motivated and energetic team player
• Versatile with a keen eye for details
• High professional integrity
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with clients
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in professional firms would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of MYOB computer software preferred
• Knowledge in payroll administration preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of SFRS and XBRL reporting
• Computer proficiency in MS office/excel applications
