Key Responsibilities

  • Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist in preparing corporate document
  • Support the managers for the sales function by coordinate with different departments
  • Assist in handling billing and collection
  • Answer all the enquires for the walk-in clients
  • Support in ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and other requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service / Sales Support / Account Management
  • Knowledge of offshore companies is a plus
  • High Diploma above
  • Customer oriented, be helpful and polite with professional manner
  • Willing to learn and hardworking
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good Team Player and enjoy to take new challenge
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (and Viewpoint)
  • Written and oral fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
