Assistant, Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with portfolio manager to ensure that all the inside sales function is effective and liaisons with different departments are efficient
  • Handle and complete sales process of shelf company orders for different jurisdictions
  • Attend to email/telephone sales enquiries
  • Coordinate incorporation of companies with names of clients’ choice
  • Responsible for shelf lists/fact sheets, etc. to existing/potential clients
  • Liaise with Technical Support Team to handle complex enquiries
  • Attend to walk-in clients who require information related to setting up of offshore companies or other general matters
  • Handle other miscellaneous enquiries
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and other requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • 1 year working experience, preferable in customer service/ account management  
  • Knowledge of company incorporation is a plus
  • High Diploma holder or above
  • Student member in HKICS is an advantage
  • Willing to learn
  • Polite and helpful with positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and deadlines
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good interpersonal skills and willing to take challenges
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook (and Viewpoint)
  • Good written and oral fluency in both Putonghua, Cantonese and English
  • Fresh graduates with the right attributes will also be considered
