Key Responsibilities

  • Provide all round administrative support to a team of Accounting professionals
  • Assist with client on boarding, KYC and other due diligence process
  • Maintenance of an accurate data management system 
  • Liaise with external parties such as CPA firms, law firms and other professional intermediaries when necessary
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as requested

Qualifications and other requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in providing admin support
  • Degree in BA, Communication or other relevant disciplines
  • Knowledge of Trust and Corporate Services industry in a plus (not a must)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attend to details and able to work under pressure
  • Strong presentation with excellent planning & organizational skills
  • Service orientated individual who is highly motivated, proactive, with interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 
  • fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
