Administrator, Fund Valuations

Key Responsibilities

  • Become proficient with various banking systems; be responsible for seeiking authorisation and action the timely and accurate settlement of fund invoices and other payments in accordance with client specific procedures
  • Prepare and distribute various cash reports through the month in accordance with client specific procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of valuations on a timely basis
  • Daily monitoring of bank accounts
  • Liaise with external service providers, auditor, bankers, investment managers, custodians etc.

Qualifications and other requirements

  • A proven academic record to at least A level standard
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to work in a deadline/volume driven environment whilst maintain accuracy and focus
  • An analytical and detail oriented approach
  • A willingness to learn new skills and as part of a small team, assist with ad hoc duties as reasonably requested 
  • Diligent, positive working attitude and a strong desire to learn.
