Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling the administration of all aspects of a designated portfolio by dealing with all statutory, correspondence, legal, fiduciary and invoicing obligations that arise for each client and to ensure continued excellence in service delivery.
  • To process new incorporations, deliver shelf companies and assist with administration of technical, ancillary and invoicing services on behalf of Group offices (particularly in Hong Kong, the Caribbean, Seychelles), and assist with compliance, timely invoicing and receive and transmit appropriate documentation to/from these offices/clients.

  • Communicating directly with clients in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Providing backup/support to colleagues within the same team when the need arises.
  • Monitoring work load to ensure deadlines are met and highlighting potential delays or problems to the company formations manager.
  • Complying with company policies and procedures.
  • To be able to comprehend and subsequently convey updates on any industry-relevant legislative changes (in particular in BVI or Seychelles) to Cyprus clients, with whom he/she will, over time, build a solid professional relationship.

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Impeccable Time management skills
  • Industry-relevant knowledge and experience in Corporate Services especially in the  Offshore Administration field (BVI /Seychelles etc)
  • Very good use of Microsoft Office Packages is required- Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Oral and written communication in English is required.
  • Russian speaker will be considered as an advantage.
