Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with a portfolio of international clients, professional advisers and transaction counterparties

  • Assist with market entry advice to clients, including company formations and post set-up services

  • Handle day-to-day client company operations including liaising with third parties

  • Operate bank accounts within the delegated authority

  • Draft standard legal documents such as minutes & resolutions, proxies, etc.

  • Prepare routine correspondence with appropriate parties

  • Provide assistance with managing filing deadlines and keeping client files in good legal and financial standing


Qualifications and other requirements

  • Solid knowledge in German companies ordinance and statutory and compliance requirements

  • Delivery focused problem solver with organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Attention to detail with a can-do attitude

  • Deadline-oriented with a focus on client service and satisfaction

  • Excellent team player but also able to work independently

  • Willingness to learn new methods, procedures, and technology to support change

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, preferably obtained from a CPA, financial services or law firm

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Assistant

  • Proven track record in dealing with international clients and advisors

  • Degree in Corporate Governance, Business Law, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines
