Vistra Ireland focusses on servicing funds, internationally expanding multi-nationals and the aviation finance and aircraft leasing industry. We provide accounting and corporate administration services to structured finance, asset finance and other finance vehicles.

Our corporate team are specialists in comprehensive entity formation, accounting, tax, audit, payroll and other ancillary services. We aim to centralise and streamline the setup of entities, ensure compliance, improve transparency, mitigate risks and reduce costs for our clients.

What sets us apart from competitors is that we provide statutory audit services, as well as tax compliance – something which they don’t. It means that our clients don’t need multiple service providers, improving efficiency and costs for them.
