Vistra acquires Cypriot Business.

istra is pleased to announce that today, April 2nd 2008, it reached agreement with the owners of ACSA, an independent corporate services provider based in Cyprus, regarding the sale of 100% of ACSA to the Vistra Group.

ACSA provides high quality management services to an international corporate client base. The company has a personal approach and long standing expertise in international fiscal structuring and corporate services.

Arjan Schaapman and Adriaan Coppens, established ACSA in 2005. Arjan Schaapman, said: "We founded ACSA because we recognized the tremendous opportunities that Cyprus has to offer international business, especially after its accession to the EU. ACSA will shortly rebrand under the Vistra banner and all of its staff will become members of the Vistra global team. Under the leadership of Arjan and Adriaan, the existing Vistra business in Cyprus will be integrated in the newly acquired company.
