Escrow Services 

Vistra offers Escrow Services to provide security for the completion of specific transactions. Vistra Escrow Services keep property (e.g., money, shares) or legal documents in their custody until predefined conditions are met. Escrow arrangements are commonly used as alternative security arrangements to Letters of Credit, or to ensure completion of M&A transactions, real estate projects, construction of buildings or rigs, or a broad variety of other financial transactions where completion is only reached over a period of time.
