Roeland P. Pels - Member of the Vistra board
A qualified lawyer who specialises in International Economic Law, Roeland was the founder and driving force behind Benelux Trust (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. At the time of its takeover by Vistra, Roeland had built Benelux Trust into a thriving company employing 45 staff. The company, which specialised in the incorporation, management and administration of Luxembourg companies, had built up an excellent and loyal client base due to Roeland’s attention to client relationships.
Roeland is an active member of the International Fiscal Association and co-founded LIMSA (Luxembourg International Management Services Association) which represents first class trust companies in Luxembourg. He is also a board member of the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce for Belgium and Luxembourg, in Brussels. As president and founder of the Nederlands Handelsforum Luxembourg, Roeland also works hard to assist Dutch businesses succeed in Luxembourg.
Roeland’s knowledge, professionalism and energy makes him an an integral member of the Vistra Board where he continues to fine tune the Vistra strategy building the group into a leading independent player in the Global Trust and Corporate Services market.
