Your Protection
As a Global player, Vistra is subject to different forms of external supervision. In most jurisdictions supervision is exercised by the local banking regulator. In Switzerland however a system of controlled self-regulation has been introduced by the federal government. In addition the supervisory board of Vistra plays a vital role in ensuring that all employees uphold the highest ethical standards when dealing with their clients affairs. All subsidiaries of Vistra are audited by Deloitte on a continuous basis.
