Your Privacy

aspect of financial transactions. We fully comply with all 'best
practice' regulations in all of our operating jurisdictions to
ensure our clients' reputations, as well as their assets, are fully
protected.
We appreciate that, to completely understand our clients'
requirements, we may often discuss matters and hold information of
a commercially and individually sensitive nature. Confidentiality,
discretion and data protection are absolutely guaranteed in all
jurisdictions and in any transfer of information between offices
that our clients request.
Your Protection
As a Global player, Vistra is subject to different forms of
external supervision. In most jurisdictions supervision is
exercised by the local banking regulator. In Switzerland
however a system of controlled self-regulation has been
introduced by the federal government. In addition the supervisory
board of Vistra plays a vital role in ensuring that all employees
uphold the highest ethical standards when dealing with their
clients affairs. All subsidiaries of Vistra are audited by
Deloitte on a continuous basis.
