Before joining Vistra, Marc was a director at Sanne Trust Company and Mourant Private Wealth, heading up business development for the private client teams.<br /> <br /> Prior to joining Mourant, Marc worked in the media industry in London. In 1999, Marc founded Alphabet - an advertising agency that specialised in marketing solutions for clients in the financial services sector. In addition he was involved in two dot com start-ups. In 2006, Marc sold his businesses and joined the private wealth industry.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> At Vistra, Marc works with clients from emerging markets such as China and Russia, and particularly enjoys working with entrepreneurial clients to help them achieve their personal objectives.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Marc is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has been recognised by Citywealth on the business leaders list in 2008, 2009 and 2010.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Named as one of the top 100 wealth professionals and top 20 female wealth professionals by Citywealth from 2008 to 2010, Carola is a qualified German lawyer who studied at Freiburg University.&nbsp;As well as her law degree, she has a BA in business administration and has worked for more than ten years in senior positions in international finance.<br /> <br /> Before joining Vistra, Carola was a director and head of business development at Ansbacher's Jersey trust company, where she was responsible for corporate and legacy fund business.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> She has served as associate director of Equity Trust and as a director of Mourant International Finance, where she was responsible for setting up their Luxembourg SPV and fund administration business.</p>

Richard has worked in the offshore fund industry for over ten years, beginning his career with Barclays International Funds in 2001 and then joining AIB Fund Administrators where he looked after a leading London hedge fund group. <br /> <br /> In 2006 Richard moved to Guernsey where he spent four years at BNP Paribas Securities Services with responsibility for relationship management and business development.<br /> <br /> Richard joined Vistra Jersey in November 2010 and, from within the funds and corporate services team, he is responsible for advising new and existing clients from across the Vistra Group on alternative investment funds and assisting in the creation of those funds.<br /> <br /> Richard is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and participates actively in the local investment funds community.
