Connie, who has been working in the financial services industry since 1983, is an ACIB, and has a BSc in financial services, specialising in the offshore sector and private trusts, from the University of Manchester.   She has over 15 years' experience in senior positions and, prior to joining Vistra in September 2009, she worked for the HSBC Group for 22 years becoming a director of HSBC Trustee (C.I.) Limited in 1998.

Mark has been working in the financial services industry since 1985, beginning his career at Coopers and Lybrand, moving to Deloitte and Touche in 1996, and then Minervia Financial Services in 2000. Mark joined Vistra in 2007 and shortly after became a private client director. He is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Simon Morgan has more than 29 years' trust experience in Jersey and the Cayman Islands and, as Head of the private client team of Vistra Jersey, is also responsible for a portfolio of Vistra's ultra high net worth clients.  Simon was a winner of a STEP 2010 Founder's Award for his work for the Jersey branch of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial Services. Simon began his career in Jersey in 1982 as a trust and company administrator and worked for a number of firms, becoming head of business development at HSBC Private Banking before he left Jersey to join Barclays Private Banking in Cayman as head of fiduciary services. He returned to Jersey with Barclays as head of wealth structuring before moving to RBS Coutts as global head of trust and fiduciary.

Howard Gaskell is a director in Vistra Jersey's Private Client department.  He has over 25 years of experience in all aspects Trust and Company administration for international ultra high net worth individuals.  He joined the Corporate Services department of Nat West Jersey Trust Company in 1985 dealing with all aspects of fund administration.  In 1996  he joined Coutts Private Client department dealing with international ultra high wealth individuals.  In 2005 he became one of Coutts Trust Specialists dealing with complex trust ,tax and estate management restructures.  In 2008 he took up the role of Head of Trust and Fiduciary Client Relationships dealing with Coutts largest clients.  He holds the ICSA diploma in Offshore administration and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.  At Vistra Howard will be responsible for clients in the UK, Russia and the Middle East.
