<p style="text-align: justify;">Named as one of the top 100 wealth
professionals and top 20 female wealth professionals by Citywealth
from 2008 to 2010, Carola is a qualified German lawyer who studied
at Freiburg University. As well as her law degree, she has a
BA in business administration and has worked for more than ten
years in senior positions in international finance.<br />
<br />
Before joining Vistra, Carola was a director and head of business
development at Ansbacher's Jersey trust company, where she was
responsible for corporate and legacy fund business. <br />
<br />
She has served as associate director of Equity Trust and as a
director of Mourant International Finance, where she was
responsible for setting up their Luxembourg SPV and fund
administration business.</p>
