<p>Bart started his career with Ernst &amp; Young in 1990. Three years later he joined MeesPierson, a leading Private Bank. He was promoted to the role of managing director of the Belgium office and then to the worldwide Executive Board of MeesPierson, which subsequently became part of Fortis.<br /> <br /> In 2002, MeesPierson merged with Intertrust. &nbsp;Bart was appointed CEO of the new MeesPierson Intertrust, which became recognized as the world's leading provider of trust and corporate services.<br /> <br /> In February 2006, Bart left MeesPierson Intertrust to co-found Vistra. &nbsp;Today, Vistra is a global company with a network of offices in 18 jurisdictions, offering clients solutions covering corporate, trustee and fund administration services.<br /> <br /> In March 2011, Bart led the negotiations resulting in the successful merger of Vistra with the Offshore Incorporations group of companies, the Asian market leader in company formation and associated services. In the newly created Group, Bart holds the position of (Executive) Chairman of the Board.<br /> <br /> Bart Deconinck holds a master degree in economics from the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and a master degree in accounting from the Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School (Belgium).</p>

<p>Mark Bouw&nbsp;started his career in 1986&nbsp;practicing law in the Netherlands. In 1992, he joined MeesPierson N.V., a leading Private Bank as legal counsel.<br /> <br /> Following three years at the Bank's Curaçao subsidiary, Mark returned to the bank's Head Office to lead the external development of MeesPierson N.V. In 2003, he became Director of External Development at Fortis Bank SA, the owners of MeesPierson N.V. and moved to Brussels.<br /> <br /> In 2006, Mark left the Fortis Group to become a founder of Vistra. In March 2011, together with the Executive team of Vistra, Mark played an important role in bringing about the successful merger of Vistra with the Offshore Incorporations group of companies. In the newly created Group, Mark holds the position of Chief Strategy and Risk Officer and is a member of the Executive Committee of the combined group.<br /> <br /> Mark Bouw holds a master degree in law from the Liberal University (Amsterdam).</p>
