Frank studied German, French and European law, with a focus on public law, in Mainz, Saarbrücken, Speyer and Strasbourg before completing his professional traineeship in Germany.<br /> <br /> After an initial career in German public administration, Frank moved to Luxembourg's finance industry in 2005, joining Benelux Trust as relationship manager and legal counsel.<br /> <br /> Following the trust's acquisition by Vistra Group in 2007, Frank was promoted to senior relationship manager and was appointed managing director of Vistra Luxembourg a year later. He helped establish Vistra's fund administration division in Luxembourg before relocating to Frankfurt in 2010 to set up and run Vistra Germany.<br /> <br /> Frank is fluent in German, French and English having lived for nearly seven years in New York. <br />
