<p>Esther graduated in 1997 from the University of Leiden with a masters in law and started her professional career in the Netherlands as an international tax and corporate lawyer. She worked with an independent law firm focusing on integrated worldwide corporate law and tax practices.<br /> <br /> In 1999, Esther moved to Luxembourg with the same firm, where she gained substantial experience in setting up worldwide tax-efficient corporate and fund structures.<br /> <br /> In 2005 she moved to Saudi Arabia and, in 2007, started working as an international tax lawyer with one of the big four accountancy firms, advising on tax-efficient corporate and fund structures for clients both based in the Middle East and outside the region looking to invest. During 2009 she moved to a large provider of trust, fund and corporate services before joining Vistra.<br /> <br /> Esther is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry.</p>
