<p style="line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;">Having worked at Loyens &amp; Loeff for more than 12 years, Arjan has a wealth of international experience in international tax law. Since Cyprus' accession to the European Union in 2004, he has specialised in Cypriot tax law.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Arjan, who regularly speaks and writes publically on international taxation, studied business economics and then graduated in tax law at the University of Leiden.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> In 2005 he founded ACSA, a Cypriot corporate service provider, with his business colleague Adriaan Coppens. ACSA's expertise in international fiscal structuring and corporate services led to the company being brought under the Vistra Group umbrella in April 2008. Since then, the Cyprus office has substantially grown whilst maintaining a highly professional and client-focused approach.<br /> Arjan, who is managing director of Vistra's Cyprus office, is experienced in the provision of high quality management services and complex tax structuring to an international corporate client base.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Bram is a graduate from the Free University in Amsterdam, holds a degree in notarial law, and is one of the directors of Vistra Cyprus.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Previously, Bram was employed as a candidate civil law notary and as such specialised in corporate law. He coordinated international corporate transactions (mergers, takeovers, IPOs and restructurings), drafting the relevant legal documents and liaising with the foreign law offices involved.<br /> <br /> From 2001 to 2010 Bram worked for Andersen Legal (part of Arthur Andersen), Bird &amp; Bird and Buren van Velzen Guelen N.V.</p>
