Sjaak combines accountancy and tax qualifications with
entrepreneurial flair which has seen him establish and operate a
variety of thriving businesses. <br />
<br />
He joined Vistra after it acquired the Monterey Group, a fiduciary
business which Sjaak co-founded and which had become firmly
established in the Netherlands. Monterey Group was ranked eleventh
in the Dutch marketplace at the time of its acquisition by Vistra.
<br />
<br />
Sjaak speaks English, Dutch and German and has a wide range of
interests outside business and holds the position of treasurer or
secretary for a number of charitable foundations which operate in
the Netherlands, India and Kenya.
